How can I delete my account?
If you want to delete your account, please follow these steps:

  • Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon
    Select Legal & Privacy → Account Deletion and Data Request
  • A pop-up will appear → click the privacy.rollic.gs link and log in (⚠️ Do not change any information at this step)
  • Enter your email address
  • Choose “Account Deletion” as the request type

What happens after I request account deletion?

  1. Account deletion requires two confirmations: a PIN validation and an email confirmation
  2. If these steps are not completed, the request will not be finalized
  3. Once deletion is complete, it is permanent and irreversible đź”’
  4. All associated data will be permanently removed due to compliance regulations
  5. The process may take up to 30 days
