Resetting your progress, replaying completed levels, or starting again from level 1 is not possible. However, we are continuously adding new levels to keep the game exciting for all players. 🎮✨

How can I delete my account?
If you want to delete your account, please follow these steps:

  • Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon
  • Select Legal & Privacy → Account Deletion and Data Request
  • A pop-up will appear → click the privacy.rollic.gs link and log in (⚠️ Do not change any information at this step)
  • Enter your email address
  • Choose “Account Deletion” as the request type

What happens after I request account deletion?

  • Account deletion requires two confirmations: a PIN validation and an email confirmation
  • If these steps are not completed, the request will not be finalized
  • Once deletion is complete, it is permanent and irreversible đź”’
  • All associated data will be permanently removed due to compliance regulations
  • The process may take up to 30 days
