Resetting your progress, replaying completed levels, or starting again from level 1 is not possible. However, we are continuously adding new levels to keep the game exciting for all players. 🎮✨
How can I delete my account?
If you want to delete your account, please follow these steps:
- Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon
- Select Legal & Privacy → Account Deletion and Data Request
- A pop-up will appear → click the privacy.rollic.gs link and log in (⚠️ Do not change any information at this step)
- Enter your email address
- Choose “Account Deletion” as the request type

What happens after I request account deletion?
- Account deletion requires two confirmations: a PIN validation and an email confirmation
- If these steps are not completed, the request will not be finalized
- Once deletion is complete, it is permanent and irreversible đź”’
- All associated data will be permanently removed due to compliance regulations
- The process may take up to 30 days
