The Pro Pass feature is activated at Strike Level 55. You can access the Pro Pass from the task section located in the bottom left part of the main screen. The task section is divided into two parts: Free Pass and Pro Pass. Tasks and rewards for both are refreshed weekly. The Pro Pass is not a one-time purchase; when its one-week duration ends, you need to purchase it again if you wish to continue using it. With the Pro Pass, when you complete all tasks, you earn numerous rewards, including a Wild Card reward at the final level.
