Your Elephant ID is a unique identifier for your Drop Away account. It helps our support team quickly locate your profile and provide faster, more accurate assistance. 🐘✨

Here’s how you can find it step by step:

• Open Drop Away and go to the main screen
• Tap the ⚙️ gear icon in the top right corner to open Settings
• In the Settings window, tap Privacy Policy
• Scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen — your Elephant ID will appear there
• Tap once on the ID, and it will be automatically copied to your clipboard 📋

💡 Tip: You can paste the copied ID directly into a support chat or email. This helps us assist you faster without needing extra details.
