Can I reset my progress or start from level 1?
No. Resetting your progress, replaying completed levels, or starting again from level 1 is not possible. However, we are continuously adding new levels to keep the game exciting for all players. 🎮✨

How can I delete my account?
If you want to delete your account, please follow these steps:

Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon on the left side of your screen

Select Privacy Settings → Account Deletion and Data Request

A pop-up will appear → click the privacy.rollic.gs link and log in (⚠️ Do not change any information at this step)

Enter your email address

Choose “Account Deletion” as the request type

Submit ✅

What happens after I request account deletion?

Account deletion requires two confirmations: a PIN validation and an email confirmation

If these steps are not completed, the request will not be finalized

Once deletion is complete, it is permanent and irreversible 🔒

All associated data will be permanently removed due to compliance regulations

The process may take up to 30 days
