Sometimes restarting or reinstalling Hole People can help fix crashes, freezes, or missing content. Here’s how you can do it safely:
🟢 Restarting the Game
Restarting simply closes the game completely and reopens it — no data will be lost.
On iOS (Apple): Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-tap the Home button on older devices), find Hole People, and swipe it away to close. Then reopen the game.
On Android: Open the multitasking view, find Hole People, and swipe it away to close. Then reopen the game.
🔵 Reinstalling the Game
Reinstalling means deleting and downloading the game again. This can solve deeper issues but should be done carefully.
On iOS (Apple):
Tap and hold the Hole People icon on your home screen
Select Remove App → Delete App
Go to the App Store, search for Hole People, and reinstall
On Android:
Tap and hold the Hole People icon
Select Uninstall
Go to the Google Play Store, search for Hole People, and reinstall
⚠️ Important: Hole People does not currently support cloud saving (Google/Apple login). This means your progress is stored only on your device. If you uninstall without having your old device available, your progress may be lost. If you want to be sure before reinstalling, please contact us first.
