Clearing cache helps fix issues like freezing, slow performance, or loading problems. Here’s how it works on each device:

🤖 On Android

You can clear the cache directly in your settings without losing progress:

Open your device’s Settings ⚙️

Go to Apps (or Apps & Notifications)

Find and select Crowd Express from the list

Tap Storage

Tap Clear Cache 🧹

⚠️ Do not tap Clear Data, as this may remove saved information and reset your progress.

📱 On iOS (Apple)

iOS does not have a direct “Clear Cache” button for individual apps. To refresh the game’s temporary files, you can:

Force quit Crowd Express and reopen it 🔄

Restart your device to clear background memory ⚡

As a stronger option: Reinstall the game (delete & redownload from the App Store).
⚠️ Important: Since Crowd Express does not currently support cloud saving, make sure you have your old device available before reinstalling, or contact us first to avoid losing progress.
