If Crowd Express freezes, runs slowly, or doesn’t respond, you can force quit the app to close it completely and start fresh. This won’t delete your progress.

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold (or double-tap the Home button on older devices)

Find Crowd Express in the app switcher

Swipe it up and away to close ❌

Return to your home screen and relaunch the game

🤖 On Android

Open the Recent Apps / Multitasking view

Find Crowd Express in the list

Swipe it left, right, or up (depending on your device) to close ❌

Go back to your home screen and restart the game

💡 Tip: Force quitting is a quick way to fix freezes or lag without reinstalling the game.
