Check your Internet connection
Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi or a stable 3G/4G/5G/LTE network.
If on Wi-Fi, ensure your router is on and stay close enough to avoid signal loss.
Restart your device
A simple restart often resolves temporary issues.
Update the game
Open the Google Play Store β Tap your Profile (top right) β Manage apps & devices β Updates available β Tap Update next to Crowd Express.
Force close and restart the app
Go to Settings β Applications β Manage Applications.
Select Crowd Express β Tap Force Stop.
Return to the home screen and restart the app.
Close background apps
