Check your Internet connection
Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi or a stable 3G/4G/5G/LTE network.
If on Wi-Fi, ensure your router is on and you are close enough to the signal.
Restart your device
A simple restart can often fix temporary issues.
Update the game
Open the App Store → Tap your Profile (top right) → Scroll to Available Updates → Tap Update next to Crowd Express.
Force close and restart the app
On devices with a Home button: double-tap it, swipe up the game preview.
On devices without a Home button: swipe up from the bottom, pause, find the app, and swipe it up to close.
Close background apps
Too many open apps may slow your device. Close apps you aren’t using.
Update your device’s software
Go to Settings → General → Software Update and install the latest iOS version.
