If you want a refund, please contact Apple or Google directly, refunds are handled by the store, not by us.

If you didn’t receive the item you purchased and would like compensation, you can reach us directly from the game:

Go to the main menu → tap the ⚙️ settings icon

Scroll down and tap Contact

Select Chat with Us → choose Billing & Purchases
