We understand this can happen, and there’s no need to worry. All payments are processed securely through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

  • If you want a refund, please contact Apple or Google directly — refunds are handled by the store, not by us.
  • If you didn’t receive the item you purchased and would like compensation, you can reach us directly from the game:
  1. Go to the main menu → tap the ⚙️ settings icon
  2. Scroll down and tap Contact
  3. Select Chat with Us → choose Billing & Purchases
