Sometimes restarting or reinstalling Color Block Jam can help fix crashes, freezes, or missing content. Here’s how you can do it safely:

🟢 Restarting the Game

  • Restarting simply closes the game completely and reopens it — no data will be lost.
  • On iOS (Apple): Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-tap the Home button on older devices), find Color Block Jam, and swipe it away to close. Then reopen the game.
  • On Android: Open the multitasking view, find Color Block Jam, and swipe it away to close. Then reopen the game.

🔵 Reinstalling the Game

Reinstalling means deleting and downloading the game again. This can solve deeper issues but should be done carefully.

  • On iOS (Apple):
  1. Tap and hold the Color Block Jam icon on your home screen
  2. Select Remove App → Delete App
  3. Go to the App Store, search for Color Block Jam, and reinstall
  • On Android:
  1. Tap and hold the Color Block Jam icon
  2. Select Uninstall
  3. Go to the Google Play Store, search for Color Block Jam, and reinstall

⚠️ Important: Color Block Jam does not currently support cloud saving (Google/Apple login). This means your progress is stored only on your device. If you uninstall without having your old device available, your progress may be lost. If you want to be sure before reinstalling, please contact us first.
