Can I reset my progress or start from level 1?
No. Resetting your progress, replaying completed levels, or starting again from level 1 is not possible. However, we are continuously adding new levels to keep the game exciting for all players. 🎮✨
How can I delete my account?
We understand you are inquiring about deleting your account. Account deletion does not remove your in-game progress (levels etc.). Instead, it permanently deletes all associated non-gameplay data, such as social interactions, advertising data. If you are sure you want to proceed, you can submit your request through the Legal Terms > Account Deletion and Data Request section found in the in-game Settings.
Important: You must complete PIN verification and email confirmation. The process may take up to 30 days and the deleted data cannot be restored.
