Race and Arena rewards are sent automatically after each event ends. In most cases, rewards arrive within 15 minutes after you log in once the event has finished.

However, in some rare cases, the system may need a little more time to process all players. When this happens, rewards can take up to 1–2 days maximum to appear in your account.

To speed things up, you can try the following:

• Restart the game and log in again

• Make sure you have a stable internet connection
